There
is no battery or weak battery in the remote controller.

channel selector setting is wrong.

- Put
in the batteries provided or replace with new batteries.
- Put
the jumper into the appropriate channel selector location.

switch and remote controller is working previously but is not working
now.

- Blown
fuse.
- Blown
bulb/lamp.
- Lighting
circuit exceeds 300 W per gang specifications.
- For
dual gang only,the bulb for L1 has blown.
- The
JDO electronic switch is faulty..

- Replace
fuse.
- Replace
bulb/lamp.
- Reduce
the lighting circuit/no of bulbs/luminaire types to comply with
the 300 W specifications.
- Replace
the blown bulb.
- Send
it back to the authorized agent for repair.Do not attempt the
repair yourself as the JDO switch has no serviceable parts.

the remote controller turns on several lighting circuit simultaneously.

- The
channel selector jumper(s) has not be selected to operate on
other channels.
- The
switches is located in the same big hall but at different locations.

- Reselect
the appropriate channel in the channel selector.
- Select
another channel for one of the switches.

| The
fluorescent lamp flickers and may have some humming sound. |
- The
ballast used is of the electronic ballast type,which is incompatible
with JDO switch.

- Replace
the electronic ballast with the normal magnetic ballast.
